Brothers Omar and Javier Becerra, founders of Los Tall Boys Media, have been making films and videos together since 2003. While Omar was studying digital video production and filmmaking at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, the brothers collaborated on their first film project together - a short film called The Midnight Hour - which told the story of a war veteran literally haunted by a demon from his past.

Since then, the brothers have competed four times in the Corpus Christi 7-Day Film Project. They have received several CC7D awards and nominations for their short films Mason's Midget, Cannon. Fall. Run., Hell's Angel and Archer & Slade and the Antlers of Gold. Mason's Midget received a Grand Jury Award in 2007, followed by an Audience Choice Award for Archer & Slade in 2011.

Los Tall Boys Media has also produced two other short films, Black Market Tripas and Shoreline Drive. The latter was named a finalist in the 2010 Texas Monthly Short Film Contest.

A Perfect Union is the Becerra brothers' first attempt to produce a web series, a tremendous challenge and a significant milestone in Los Tall Boys Media's history. Many more milestones will be reached as the company ventures into the world of online serial storytelling.
